  1. Create new entry for the day from the templates in the corresponding month.

  4. Set up morning decrees, following the rules:

    1. It should be concrete and in the first person.
      1. Instead of ā€œOthers like meā€, write ā€œI feel lovedā€.
    2. It should be in the present and ā€œrealisedā€ time.
      1. Instead of ā€œI will be courageousā€, write ā€œI am courageousā€.
    3. It should be put in positive terms.
      1. Instead of ā€œIā€™m not stressed during the meetingā€, write ā€œI am calm during the meetingā€.
  5. Update status throughout the day, adding entries as necessary.

  6. (Optional) Add a title for the day when you feel like it, and set an emoji that represents that.
